Easily adjust the time by turning your pal around, and locating the marked dial. 
Each Clockiez also comes with a built in, adjustable alarm, which is the forth (and smallest hand) on it's face.
To turn the alarm  ON, find the back-side switch, marked with an alarm bell icon. The accompanying spin-dial is labelled with a speaker-phone icon.
This  allows you to adjust the volume of the alarm to your liking (which can be set to extra LOUD for the heavy sleepers).
